Last Moments from the Holidays

DSC_0504 (2)Happy new year! Even though the holidays are over, I have one more Chistmas themed post left to share with you today. First of all, I wish you all the best and may all your dreams and plans become reality. I hope you are surrounded by wonderful people and experience amazing things!

Some of you may know that 16 is my favourite number. There is no particular reason why, it’s just the things it reminds me of when I see it. So I hope 2016 is good not only to me but also to all of you. It’s definitely going to be a tough one, with a lot of challenges and lessons to learn. But I am more than certain that in the end it will all come into its place. Hope there is much more travelling than last year, much more time for myself, much more compelling books to read, much more beautiful things to look at, much more amazing memories to remember, much more inspiration, and much more smiles on my face. I wish this to all of you! Embrace the new year with determination and be ready to leave your comfort zone because otherwise you will not experience any change!

Spice up your folder!

4In this post I’m challenging your inner creativity to make something different for your boring folders, notebooks, etc.! I had this plain blue folder that I wanted to use sometimes at school or other lessons, but did not love it a lot. That’s when the idea of drawing a leopard print struck me. It was really not that difficult and it actually turned out better than expected. Following the easy steps below, you can achieve similar results using your own ideas!

Continue reading

Transitioning into Autumn

12118730_727309970735135_1278754979066379444_nSunday evening as I’m writing this post, not really sure if I’m feeling nostalgic or not for those sunny careless days back in summer, or I’m excited for the autumnal season and upcoming Christmas holidays. Certainly there is always something to look forward to, always something or somebody that will inspire us to keep moving. That’s why I love going out and exploring. Doesn’t matter where, depends on you and your mood. Seek inspiration everywhere – in the trees, on the buildings, in the shops, on the street, etc. During a walk I had in the Old town of Plovdiv, just 15 mins away from home,  with my best friend we could see so many old-style houses, wonderful art shops and interesting people around every corner. I’ve been there perhaps a thousand times but there’s always something new to find! So whenever you feel down, go own, explore and refuel! It feels so much better! Continue reading

Autumn Landscape

DSC_0089Autumn is officially here, cheries! And hopefully we will jump start this season with positive vibes! We’ll talk about trends, food, DIYs, and all kinds of inspiration. I know cold weather and rain may not be the most pleasant thing to all of you. But you can certainly make it less inferior by thinking in another way this year. Even though it is regarded as a dull season we can colour it in a thousand ways! We have all the clichès: pumpkin spice lattes, hot green teas, crisp air, fuzzy sweaters, movie nights, beautiful sceneries, and most importantly, cosy & quiet moments with your loved ones all to impatiently look forward to! These pictures I took with my friend Stella! We both went on this small adventure to find this lovely landscape as a background of our shoot. Continue reading

Happy first birthday the Radiant Cherie!

DSC_0911DSC_0896Today is quite an exciting day – my blog is  turning 1! Like all the cheesy words you’ll here from everybody, who’s been doing something for the same amount of time, I’d say that the months flew so fast that I cannot even believe and realise it. I learned a lot, and have to learn so so so much more! I can’t wait to share my life with you guys, I’m so excited and inspired for my future and hopefully keep making my dreams come true, because a year ago I would not imagine myself still doing what am doing, and keep learning new things about fashion with the same passion as I started! What I will never forget from this past year is that dreams do come true, but you, with your own brain, heart, hands, passion and very hard work can achieve them, it’s never impossible! A Sweet Escape

DSC_0092To be honest with you I wondered quite a lot how I would name this post because it feels pretty special to me. It was shot in a villiage, in the Rhodope mountains away from the heat, noise and dirt of the city. I needed this break so much because staying in Plovdiv the whole summer without travelling anywhere is not my cup of tea. I feel like I am programmed to be inspired and that’s why I need changes – and this was the one. Pretty simple, just like the title of the post. I didn’t entitle it “In the woods” or “Etno motives in the wind” because it could not describe it all. A sweet escape. Enjoyable just like looking at everything around it: the sky, the grass, the trees, the flowers, the birds, everything. So simple but powerful. It is unbelievable how different you feel after a short stroll in the nature with a good frend. I definitely recommend escaping from the busy every day routine for a little while to just observe the nature. Yes. It’s that simple. Continue reading

Plovdiv Fashion Day

DSC_0543

Today I’m sharing with you and event that was held in my hometown Plovdiv, Bulgaria. My town is known for its creative people using different skills incorporated in clothes, accessories, decorations, etc. It possibly has something to do with the energy of the place. The actual event lived up to my expectations – fashion which wouldn’t be worn by every person but still expresses its unique origin and the style of its maker, awesome for collector as well. There were clothes with classic Bulgarian emboideries, handmade jewellery, personalised umbrellas, phone cases, shoes, bags, leather creations, etc. It was very colourful and innovative. Just like the actual people selling their stuff. It was lovely for the eye and interesting to see what the local designers and creative people in general are up to.
