Chocolate Chip Cookies


You are going to be aware of an mouth-watering recipe for chocolate cookies. Very easy to make and delicious to taste.

You’ll need:

  • 1 cup 2 tbs flour
  • 1/3 cup unsugared cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 80 g butter
  • 1/2 cup of regular granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

If you want to turn them into sandwiches, for the filling you’ll need:

  • 113 g crema cheese
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups of powdered sugar
  • food colouring (optional)

1) In a bowl add the dry ingredients – the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder, salt and whisk it all. DSC_0311

2)In the mixer add the butter, the two types of sugar, the vanilla extract and mix it with a slow speed.
3)Then add the egg and mix again.

4) Add the dry ingredients to the mixture in 3 parts so that it mixes perfectly.DSC_0320 DSC_0327

5) Add one cup of choclate chips into the mixture and mix just a little.
6) Prepare your baking sheets for the cookies and with a spoon, make your cookies.DSC_03296) Put them in the oven at 160 degrees for about 15 minutes. Have in mind that while in the oven they shouldn’t be hard – they harden when they cool off later.DSC_0334 DSC_0335Happy baking!
