It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas

Welcome back everyone! I haven’t posted an article about an outfit of mine recently, so I thought now is the perfect time to do so. As the holidays are fastly approaching and most of us are being impatient about what to wear during that time, I will share with you a few of my ideas on how to feel comfortable and look chic at the same time with your festive outfits (a very significant combination – and not quite easy to reach actually).

Designers during the years have slowly developed the idea of the diversity of the wardrobe. Instead of spending a big amount of money on clothes – as women in the past used to do – they bought the clothes and wore them the same way they were presented to them on the runways or in the shops – very different from today, isn’t it? I encourage you to be creative with the few pieces of clothing of yours, but still be able to make the right combinations. Hence, today’s clothes can be worn on a day when you’re just hanging out with friends, having a holiday lunch or a Christmas party – you might only need to change your shoes, bag and add or remove a few accessories, probably do something more to your make up as well, and you’re done! I’m wearing a simple white cotton shirt from Stradivarius, a fluffy sweater from Pull&Bear, skinny jeans from H&M, leather boots from Gotti, bagpack from Pink Woman and the bauble necklace I made. (Click here if you want to see how to make your own!) On my nails I have Essie’s ‘Watermelon’. Hope you enjoy the look!
